  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pie shells, baked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 servings instant mashed potatoes

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in a little oil.

    Add ground beef and cook until browned.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Sprinkle flour over meat and stir well.

    Add soup and pour into pie shells. Cover with cooked mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
