- 2 c. leftover meat (chicken, turkey or beef)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dehydrated vegetable flakes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Put 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan with flour; add onions, stirring until light brown.

2Add milk and stir until thick.

3Add meat, salt and vegetable seasoning.

4Cut meat into small chunks; add to white sauce and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into pie crust and top with small biscuits.

5Makes one 10-inch pie.
