Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 green hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Let meat mixture fry until brown and done, slowly.

    Add flour and hot peppers.

    Stir and cook until onions are done.

    Add 1/2 cup water and stir well.

    Turn off heat, add parsley, green onions and garlic.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Let this mixture become cool before putting in pastry.

    Makes 2 dozen pies.
