- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. Jiffy baking mix
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix ground chuck, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.

2Brown mixture in large skillet. Continue to cook until onion is tender; drain and discard fat. Blend baking mix and milk to soft dough; turn onto lightly floured surface and roll into 9 x 12-inch rectangle.

3Cover with meat mixture.

4Roll as for jelly roll.

5Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down.

6Slash top several times with knife.

7Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
