- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Combine beef and soup mix in skillet; brown over medium-high heat until meat is browned.

2Drain off fat.

3Stir in cheese; set aside to cool.

4Preheat oven to 375°.

5Roll out dough.

6Cut each crescent in half making 16 triangles from each package.

7Place a heaping teaspoonful of meat mixture on each triangle; roll to enclose.

8Place on ungreased cookie sheet, tucking point of dough under roll.

9Bake 13 to 15 minutes.

10Serve warm or let cool and freeze.

11To serve after thawing, warm in preheated 325° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
