- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 4 c. Bisquick, prepared as for rolls
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook hamburger; drain.

2Add onion, salt and mustard; sprinkle with a little flour to hold together.

3Prepare Bisquick as for rolls.

4Roll out Bisquick like a jelly roll.

5Spread with meat mixture and roll up.

6Slice in 1 1/2-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 350° until golden brown.

8Top with white or brown gravy and enjoy.
