  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
  • 4 lb. can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. can tomato, crushed, or fresh tomatoes
  • 2 lb. can tomato paste
  • oregano to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Brown ground beef in saucepan.

    Drain all fat off.

    Brown sausage until cooked.

    Slice them up and mix with the ground beef. Pour in tomtato sauce, tomato paste, crushed tomato, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until as thick as you would like.
