Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 carrots (1-inch chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into 24 meatballs.

2Brown meatballs in oil in a 4-quart Dutch oven.

3Remove as they brown. Combine soup and broth in a Dutch oven.

4Add meatballs and vegetables.

5Bring to a boil.

6Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

7Add parsley.
