Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
  • 15 oz. can whole cranberries
  • 15 oz. can sauerkraut

Directions

    Mix following ingredients together:

    ground meat, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Shape into meatballs.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown.

    In slow cooker, put chili sauce, cranberries and sauerkraut.

    Stir.

    Add meatballs and let cook at low temperature, 3 to 4 hours, the longer the better.
