Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients and roll into balls.

    Brown in frying pan.

    Do not cook all the way.

    Drain on paper towel, then simmer last 4 ingredients until blended.

    Place meatballs in crock-pot and pour sauce over them.

    Cook on low until ready to serve.
