- 3/4 lb. ground round or sirloin
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs (more if needed)
Directions

1Mix ingredients in large bowl and shape into 2-inch balls.

2Do not roll between hands too long, it will make them tough.

3Place meatballs on ungreased flat pan or cookie sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes at 400° or until browned.

4Remove from oven using slotted spoon.

5Put into sauce and cook for 1 hour longer.
