  • 6 slices toast (unbuttered)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 to 8 eggs, beaten with a little water
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In a skillet, melt butter.

    Saute onion.

    Add toast, torn into pieces.

    Stir to soak up butter.

    Pour in eggs, salt and pepper. Cook until firm.
