  • 4 lb. hamburger
  • 4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown some chopped onion and meatballs together in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup; set pineapple aside. Pour syrup over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on toothpicks with one chunk of pineapple and one meatball on each toothpick. May be served cold or hot.
