- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasonings.

2Mix lightly.

3Shape into small meatballs and brown in the margarine. Place in a casserole dish and combine the preserves and the barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Makes 4 or 5 dozen.
