Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
  • 1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce

Directions

    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasonings.

    Mix lightly.

    Shape into small meatballs and brown in the margarine. Place in a casserole dish and combine the preserves and the barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Makes 4 or 5 dozen.
