  • 32 ounces, weight Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Cubed Style
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Diced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt (I Use Lawry's)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and mix until the potatoes are coated.

    Put potato/cheese mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

    Mix melted butter with corn flake crumbs.

    After 45 minutes, spread the corn flake/butter mixture over the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
