  • 2 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine meat, eggs and bread.

    Form into small meat balls. Place in oblong pan.

    Mix together soups and water.

    Pour over meatballs.

    Cover pan with foil.

    Bake one hour at 350°.

    Then bake 1 hour at 250°.

    Tastes like country fried steak and gravy.
