- 2 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine meat, eggs and bread.

2Form into small meat balls. Place in oblong pan.

3Mix together soups and water.

4Pour over meatballs.

5Cover pan with foil.

6Bake one hour at 350°.

7Then bake 1 hour at 250°.

8Tastes like country fried steak and gravy.
