  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef -85% Lean
  • 1 pound Pork Sausage
  • 1/2 whole White Onion, Chop Fine Or Grate
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Grate On Microplane
  • 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

    Mix everything well with your hands.

    Portion in 2-tablespoon (or 1/8 cup) scoops (Pampered Chef small scoop), roll into balls and place on foil-lined baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, until cooked through.

    Use in your favorite dish or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
