- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium white onion, chopped finely
- 1 medium red onion, chopped finely
- 12 cup capers, chopped
- 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 large egg
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup red wine
- chopped fresh parsley leaves
- grated parmesan cheese
- spaghetti, for serving
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2Meatballs: Combine all ingredients and mix well using both hands.

3Then shape into golf ball size pieces.

4Place into frying pan.

5Cover each ball with marinara sauce and pour 1 glass of red wine over the top.

6Bake for about 45 minutes, until cooked through.

7Finish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
