- 12 lb ground pork (I like Italian sausage)
- 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 onion, minced
- 12 cup pine nuts (optional)
Directions

1Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

2Let stand 1/2 hour.

3Shape into medium size meatballs.

4Fry gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

5Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce.

6Cook on medium-low for one hour.
