- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 10 oz. bottle grape jelly
Directions

1Mix first 9 ingredients.

2Shape into 1-inch balls.

3Melt shortening in skillet, brown balls, remove them and drain.

4Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.

5Add meatballs to sauce and stir until cooked.

6Let simmer 30 minutes.

7Serve hot.

8Makes around 5 dozen meatballs.
