- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except soup and water.

2Roll into 1 or 2-inch balls.

3Brown.

4Drain grease.

5Remove meatballs from skillet.

6Turn skillet on high.

7Pour in the mushroom soup and water; bring to a boil, mixing the soup and water.

8Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the soup mixture on 200° until ready to eat.

9Yields 30 to 40 meatballs.
