Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except soup and water.

    Roll into 1 or 2-inch balls.

    Brown.

    Drain grease.

    Remove meatballs from skillet.

    Turn skillet on high.

    Pour in the mushroom soup and water; bring to a boil, mixing the soup and water.

    Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the soup mixture on 200° until ready to eat.

    Yields 30 to 40 meatballs.
