- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley or less
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 1 c. soft fine bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 can tomato sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except salad oil and tomato sauce. Shape into balls of desired size.

2Brown in vegetable oil; dip out and drain.

3Add tomato sauce; simmer 30 minutes.

4Serve over spaghetti.
