  • 1 kg minced meat,pork-beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 medium roll or bager,or 1 slice bread
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

    Slice the onion and garlic and mix whit the meat,and add the paprika and salt

    Soak the bread or roll in the milk and add the meat mix.
  3. 3
    Try to take a balls with your hands,and turn to the bread crumbs,and take it a hot oil 10 minutes.
