- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Shape into small balls.

2Fry in hot oil until brown.

3Remove from pan and pour off excess fat.

4Add garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt.

5Bring to a boil.

6Add meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.

7Thicken with cornstarch, mixed with water.

8Cook until liquid thickens and gets clear.

9Makes about 100 meat balls.
