- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Mix meat, cilantro, bread crumbs, jalapeno peppers, egg and 2/3 of the garlic; shape into 20 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.

3Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

4Bake 20 min.

5or until done (160 degrees F).

6Meanwhile, process mayo, chipotle pepper and remaining garlic in blender until smooth.

7Serve meatballs with sauce.
