Meatballs with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Mix meat, cilantro, bread crumbs, jalapeno peppers, egg and 2/3 of the garlic; shape into 20 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.

    Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 20 min.

    Meanwhile, process mayo, chipotle pepper and remaining garlic in blender until smooth.
