- 1 c. uncooked converted rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 can (19 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Kraft Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- Topping: additional shredded cheese
Directions

1Cook rice in a 3-qt. saucepan as package directs with onion and celery added.

2Five minutes before rice is done, stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

3Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

4Stir in cheese and cook until melted.

5Top each serving with shredded cheese.
