Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked converted rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 can (19 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. Kraft Italian Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
  • Topping: additional shredded cheese

Directions

    Cook rice in a 3-qt. saucepan as package directs with onion and celery added.

    Five minutes before rice is done, stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir in cheese and cook until melted.

    Top each serving with shredded cheese.
