  • 6 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 100% whole wheat English muffin
  • 4 piece/slice KRAFT 2% Milk Swiss Cheese Slice
  • 1 fresh, medium whole tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 celery stalk
  • 4 medium banana, sliced
  • 3 teaspoon TANG Orange Flavor Sugar Free Drink Mix
  • 2 cup water
  • 12 ounce pineapple juice
  • 10 ice cubes

Directions

    Heat meatless burgers as directed on package.

    Slice each in half lengthwise to create two thin patties from one.

    Split English muffins and spread olive oil; place a thin patty on each half.

    Top each patty with a half slice of cheese.

    Place in toaster oven or under broiler just until cheese is melted.

    Top each half with a thick slice of tomato, sour cream and black pepper (to taste).

    Serve each sandwich with a stalk of celery, a banana and Orangey-Pineapple Drink.

    To make the drink, place drink mix in a large plastic or glass pitcher.

    Add water and juice (12 ounces = 1-1/4 cups); stir to dissolve.
