  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
  • 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Directions
