- 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
- Milk, egg, bread crumbs- follow packet instructions

1Directions: mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Shape beef into loaf. Place in pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Knorr's brown gravy mix- follow packet instructions.
