Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef; 1/2 cup onion, chopped; 2 cups soft breadcrumbs; 1/4 cup green pepper, minced; 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish; 2 teaspoons salt; 1/4 cup milk; 1/4 cup catsup; 1 teaspoon dry mustard; 2 eggs, beaten; 1/2 cup catsup

1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup catsup

Directions

In large bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, pepper, horseradish, salt, milk, catsup and mustard.

Stir in eggs and mix well.

Place into a loaf pan.

Top with catsup, spreading evenly.

Bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes.

Cool slightly before cutting.
