- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. celery salt
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 T. oil
- 2- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 T. worchestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix ground beef, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

2Shape into balls.

3Heat oil in skillet, brown meat balls on all sides.

4Stir together tomato sauce, celery salt, worchestershire sauce and 1 c. water.

5Pour over meatballs and simmer for 45 mins.
