- 1 lb. ground venison or beef
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Put meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in 9-inch pie plate.

2Mix together with a fork. Pat mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of plate.

3Spread tomato paste over meat.

4Drain mushrooms and put over paste.

5Top with Cheddar cheese and over this sprinkle oregano.

6Sprinkle Parmesan over all.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until meat is done and cheese is lightly browned.
