- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
- 1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All homestyle large cut vegetables
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Directions

1Place chicken in a 3-quart baking dish.

2Combine Veg-All homestyle mixed vegetables, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, basil and oregano in a bowl.

3Pour over the chicken.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
