  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
  • 1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All homestyle large cut vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Directions

    Place chicken in a 3-quart baking dish.

    Combine Veg-All homestyle mixed vegetables, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, basil and oregano in a bowl.

    Pour over the chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
