  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1 small onion, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

    Cook chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 min.

    or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides and onions are crisp-tender, turning chicken and stirring onions after 3 min.

    Add tomatoes, dressing, garlic and oregano; stir gently.

    or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), turning chicken and stirring tomato mixture after 3 min.
