  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 crusty bread sliced
  • 3 sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • feta cheese sliced, or goat cheese
  • basil optional

Directions

    Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Set aside.

    Cook the chicken breast and cut into strips.

    Warm the bread on both sides.

    Drizzle some of the dressing onto the bottom half of the bread, then add the chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and basil. Pour the rest of the dressing on top, cover with the top half of the bread, and serve.
