- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 Large Onion, Sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, Pitted And Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- Sea Salt And Pepper
- 4 whole Tilapia Fillets
- 1/2 whole Lemon
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.

2Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes.

3Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4Onions should be nice and tender.

5Add wine, olives, capers, and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Dash some salt and pepper on each side of the fillets and add them to the center of the skillet.

7Cook the fillets for 6-8 minutes or until white and flaky; flip halfway through the cook time.

8Season to taste with more salt and pepper.

9Add squeezed lemon juice over the top of the fish when plating.
