  • 2 cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Julienned Cucumber
  • 3/4 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Superfine Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander Seed
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint, Finely Chopped

Directions

    Place yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve or a colander lined with several layers of cheesecloth.

    Let drain for one hour, refrigerated.

    Then mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour (to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
