- buttermilk
- flour
- canola oil
- salt, black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper and soak in buttermilk overnight.

2Add all ingredients in a large bowl and then roll chicken in flour mixture one piece at a time until covered.

3Heat canola oil in skillet to 350°.

4Fry until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes on each side.
