  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • buttermilk
  • flour
  • canola oil
  • salt, black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper and soak in buttermilk overnight.

    Add all ingredients in a large bowl and then roll chicken in flour mixture one piece at a time until covered.

    Heat canola oil in skillet to 350°.

    Fry until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes on each side.
