  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 8 ounces blueberry yogurt
  • soymilk, as needed

    Blend on low speed.

    Add soymilk, as needed, to obtain your personal smoothie consistency.

    We found that we didn't need additional liquid, as the cantelope supplied enough for us.
