  • 1/2 c. ice cubes
  • 2 c. ripe cantaloupe, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 c. low-fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • cantaloupe chunks and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

    Wrap ice cubes in clean towel and crush with a rolling pin or hammer.

    Place cantaloupe, milk, sugar and crushed ice in blender container.

    Process on low until ice begins to blend into mixture. Increase speed to high and process until smooth.

    Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.

    Makes 3 cups.
