- 4 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed
- 12 cup sugar
- 14 cup fresh lime juice
Directions

1Puree melon in food processor.

2Add sugar and lime juice, pulse until sugar is dissolved.

3Pour into shallow metal baking pan.

4Freeze about 2 hours, stirring every hour, mixing ice crystals into middle.

5Let granita stand for 5 minutes at room temperature.

6Scrape into chilled glasses and serve at once.
