- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 6 cups dry stuffing bread
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pint raw oysters, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk
Directions

1Cook bay leaf, celery and onion in butter until tender. Discard bay leaf. Add stuffing bread and parsley to butter mixture; mix thoroughly. Add eggs, oysters, poultry seasoning and salt & pepper. Add milk to moisten.
