  • 1/2 cup melon liqueur
  • 1 bottle Italian Prosecco, Asti, or extra-dry sparkling wine, chilled

    24 ounces mixed melon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (buy pre-cut melon), plus more for garnish

    In a blender, combine melon, mint leaves, vodka, and melon liqueur; blend until smooth.
