- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. oleo, softened
- 1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl; blend in oleo until a soft dough is formed.

2If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.

3Shape into 1/4-inch balls.

4Roll in coconut.

5Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

7Makes about 3 dozen.
