- Graham Cracker Crumbs (enough To Form The Crust)
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar, Divided
- 1 stick Margarine, Melted
- 2 boxes (small 3 Oz. Box) Lemon Jello
- 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Milnot-chilled
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions

1Mix graham crackers crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine. Press into a 13x9 dish. Save a little to garnish the top of the cheesecake.

2Make the lemon jello and put it in the fridge until it is at a soft jelled stage.

3Beat chilled Milnot until stiff. Set aside.

4Beat cream cheese, remaining 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.

5Go back to the Milnot and slowly combine with the soft jelled stage jello. Fold in the cream cheese mixture.

6Pour over the graham cracker crust and garnish the top.

7Chill until set.
