- 5 lb. shrimp, headed (30 to 35 ct. per lb.)
- 1 lb. butter
- 4 lemons, halved
- 2 (14 oz.) bottles Kraft Italian dressing
- coarse ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Place cold shrimp in roasting pan.

3Dot with entire pound of butter.

4Squeeze lemons over shrimp, then drop lemons into pan.

5Pour dressing over contents of pan.

6Top with pepper.

7Bake 25 minutes uncovered, turn mixture completely and continue to cook 20 more minutes.

8Serve with French bread for dipping in liquid from pan.
