Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 15 regular marshmallows
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

  1. 1
    Put Jell-O, hot water, pineapple juice and marshmallows in pot and stir over low heat until dissolved. Chill in refrigerator until it starts to jell, then beat with mixer.

    Add Cool Whip, Philadelphia cream cheese, crushed pineapple and pecans.

    Fold in and chill again.
