  • 100 grams Penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Broken up mentaiko
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Salt

    Boil a large amount of water and throw in some salt.

    Break apart the mentaiko.

    Boil the penne pasta in the boiling water and cook for 1 minute less than instructed on the package.

    Add the ingredients, excluding the salt, into a frying pan, stir them up and cook.

    Add the cooked pasta and mix it all together so the sauce coats the noodles.

    At this point, taste it and adjust the salt as necessary.
