- 100 grams Penne pasta
- 2 tbsp Broken up mentaiko
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Salt
Directions

1Boil a large amount of water and throw in some salt.

2Break apart the mentaiko.

3Boil the penne pasta in the boiling water and cook for 1 minute less than instructed on the package.

4Add the ingredients, excluding the salt, into a frying pan, stir them up and cook.

5Add the cooked pasta and mix it all together so the sauce coats the noodles.

6At this point, taste it and adjust the salt as necessary.

7Arrange it on a plate, garnish with some parsley, and enjoy.
