- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.

2Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Cook until thickened on low flame, stirring constantly.

3Set aside to cool.

4Beat egg whites for meringue.

5Add sugar, little at a time.

6Add cornstarch mixture.

7Bake at 325° or 350° for about 15 minutes (until a little brown).
