  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

    Put on pie and make sure meringue is sealed to pie crust.

    Bake at 400° until lightly browned.
